Our third party credit report provider has implemented a fix and we are no longer seeing issues when assessing new buyers.
We are having issues fetching credit reports from our credit report provider. This means that creating orders and order intents are likely to fail for new buyers. We are liaising with our credit report provider to get the issue resolved as soon as possible and find a way to prevent this from happening again.

Our Norway third party provider ssl certificate expired and we face issues with orders placement for Norway clients. We are in contact with the provider and will inform as soon as the certificate will be renewed.
Our integration with a 3rd party provider led to an issue which can impact Norwegian and Swedish clients. We will let you know as soon as the issue will be resolved.
A third-party provided is conducting scheduled maintenance. Returning buyers should be unaffected, but new buyers may be unable to place orders.
We are facing an issue with GB companies address lookup that might affect merchant customer onboarding, credit limit, merchant portal login. We plan to deploy hotfix within 15 minutes.
Our credit report providers have indicated a scheduled maintenance during this period. New buyers may not be able to make a transaction at this time but existing buyers will remain unaffected.
