Issue with 3rd party provider resolved. Orders placement flow work as expected.
We observe an outage on a 3rd party provider that prevented order placement for our customers
Root cause has been identified and fixed. All affected buyers are able to place orders as usual.
We are aware of two UK buyers who are unable to place orders.
Normal operation has been restored.
We are currently fixing a bug in our Woocommerce plugin impacting order intents for Norwegian funded invoice customers.
Hotfix for the issue has been deployed. System operating normal.

Our credit report providers have indicated a scheduled maintenance during this period. New UK buyers may not be able to make a transaction at this time but existing buyers will remain unaffected.
We are going to perform planned database maintenance. During maintenance window order placement, credit checks and front end services may be unavailable.
Our partner reported resolution at 10:21 UTC, and we have now confirmed that normal service has been restored.
We are continuing to work on a fix for this incident. Unfortunately we are not able to get ETA from our provider yet.
Third party provider faced unexpected outage during update. The incident still affects our orders and order intents in Norway. We are in contact with the provider to provide ETA for resolving the incident.

Root cause is automatic update of a dependency which has introduced an incompatibility. Order credit checking is suffering approx 10% failure rate due to this issue.
Order credit checking is suffering intermittent failures leading to unexpected declines. We are investigating.
